Seagrove Rehab Partners was formed from our desire to offer rehab agencies and nursing facilities a fresh approach on everything from the challenges around regulatory compliance to in-house therapy solutions. We are now continuing to build our team with professionals who can enhance and evolve our approach and help you and your staff meet the day-to-day challenges of patient care services.
Mark has built a strong reputation as an experienced leader in skilled rehabilitation therapy services. Prior to launching Seagrove, Mark was hired to manage clinical staff and programs for a 25-year-old contract therapy provider; that company experienced its most profitable period at that time under Mark's leadership. Through his years of work, Mark developed a dynamic approach to therapy and home health operations for both in-house and contract service companies. He has earned national recognition within professional organizations, including appointment to AANAC’s Expert Advisory Panel and election as a board member-at-large for the National Association of Rehabilitation Providers and Agencies (NARA). Out of the office, Mark has been known to tempt fate waterskiing with Florida gators and, on occasion, likes to work on his golf swing.
Jan has over 35 years of regional and executive-level management. In that time, she has built a successful track record in health care administration and management, leading therapy teams to achieve excellent outcomes in regards to both operations and patient care. Additionally, she has proven proficiencies in strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and program development. Jan's homebase is in Virginia, where she is a short drive from showering love on her two adorable grandsons. On the weekends you can find her either hosting open houses or speeding down a river, as she enjoys kayaking and staying up to date with the Richmond real estate market.
Cindy began her career in the public sector providing industrial and organizational psychology services to business and government clients. After graduate school she worked as a practicum counselor for two years, and then as a consultant to small businesses. Sidelined for several years with an unexpected health issue, Cindy has engaged the medical world and therapy industry first hand as a patient, shaping her perspective on patient care and establishing much of the pathos behind Seagrove. She now applies her knowledge and experience to managing Seagrove’s business operations. Having inherited farmer genes, she is an avid home cook and lover of the great outdoors.
